Total Time: 40 minutes (+ 6 hours 25 minutes standing time)

Ingredients:

2 cups Girls’ Night Out Peach Raspberry Rumba
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tubs (each 23 oz) vanilla-flavoured yogurt
12 ice cream cones

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan set over medium heat, add Girls’ Night Out Peach Raspberry Rumba, peaches, raspberries and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is thickened and syrupy. Remove from heat and let stand for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooled completely.
  2. Pour yogurt into 8-inch square baking dish. Dollop in scoops of fruit mixture. Using knife tip, swirl fruit mixture into yogurt to create a marbling effect. Smooth top.
  3. Cover baking dish with plastic wrap (try not to let it touch yogurt mixture) and freeze for at least 6 hours (best is overnight).
  4. Scoop frozen yogurt evenly into ice cream cones and serve.

Tip: This frozen yogurt is also delicious prepared with fresh raspberries and fresh peaches when in season.
